    I throw around the word empowering all the time; it is exactly how I feel when I lift! And wish other women could understand how to feel the way I do!!

    We have similar stomachs, too.. hehe. Like definitely abs are there and you can see them! Just have a little layer of extra that hides the bottom ones.. πŸ˜‰

      Thanks for your positive comments! πŸ™‚ Yes, feeling empowered and strong is a million times better than scrutinizing our bodies way more than we need to. All I can hope is that more women will soon start lifting and feel the way we do!
