Sorry, I couldn’t resist. I just get so fed up with seeing claims like this all over the internet, and people believing that it is really that easy.

NOTHING worth having ever comes easy!

I mean, would you trust a website that said “Get your College degree in 10 minutes!?”

No.

So why do so many people fall for crash diets, cleanses and supposed magic treatments that will melt the fat away instantly? I don’t get it. I know that we are a culture prone to convenience and quick fixes, but your HEALTH should not be one of them.

Please- don’t fall for crash diets/cleanses.

I learned this the HARD way. It really will screw with your metabolism and ruin it for MONTHS! The road to health and fitness is slow. Take it step by step. No body wrap, fitness shake, magic juice or pill is going to do what healthy eating and effective exercising will do!

Just be patient. The results WILL come if you are consistent!
